Our Contract with You
Our order process allows you to review and amend any errors before submission. Submitting an order represents an offer to buy a product from us.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If a product is unavailable or if there’s an error in the pricing, we will inform you by email and cancel your order. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
Images of products are for illustrative purposes. While we aim to display accurate colors, variations may occur due to screen settings. Products may vary slightly from images shown.
Delivery
- Collection
You may collect your order from our showroom. You will be required to present a valid ID and proof of purchase. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, you must notify us in advance via email and provide their full name and ID/passport number. The appointed person must also present this email and valid identification upon collection. - Delivery Method & Date
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Charges vary by location and weight. A signature and identity verification may be required upon receipt. Do not accept packages that are damaged or tampered with — refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. - Delivery Address
We usually deliver to the billing address associated with your payment method. Identity verification may be requested at the time of delivery. - Completion of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address provided or collected by you (or your appointed courier). If you arrange your own courier, we consider delivery complete once the courier picks up the item from our office. - Risk and Title
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of products transfers only when we receive full payment, including any applicable delivery fees.
Customs & Import Duties
If you are ordering from outside the UAE, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or fees. These are your responsibility and are not controlled or predicted by us. Please consult your local customs office for details before ordering.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Faulty Items
If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. The product must be returned within 14 working days for inspection. If confirmed defective, we will offer a like-for-like replacement, repair, or full refund including the product’s standard shipping cost, within 14 working days of receiving the return.
If your order contains multiple items and only one is defective, only the defective item may be returned. This does not entitle you to return non-defective items.
- Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total price paid for the products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Right to Revise These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will apply to orders placed after the new terms are published. If we notify you of a change before completing your order, the updated terms will apply to your purchase.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, waiving any objections to venue or forum.
