- At-home test kits once opened or tampered with
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., masks, skin products) once unsealed

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
To qualify:
- Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Return the item (if applicable) in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the product before processing a refund or replacement.
3. Unopened Returns (Discretionary)
In select cases, we may accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery — provided:
- The product is in original sealed packaging
- You cover return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply
