I thought I was ultra healthy but then I did this test and my biological age was 4 years older than my real age….. ouch! I had a free consultation when I got my results and have since adapted my training to include more recovery between sessions and add a weekly yoga session in to try and slow down the aging process! I bought a bundle so looking forward to re-testing in 3 months.
