Sample Collection Guide:

We’ll arrange for a licensed nurse to visit your home or simply schedule a walk-in instead for Functional Chex® sample collection.

For Gut Chex®, you will receive the stool collection kit from the same nurse during your blood draw appointment whether that’s in the clinic or at home. After collecting your sample at home, scan the QR code on your kit to access a step-by-step guide. It covers everything you need for sending your sample to our lab, including materials and courier pickup details. After collecting your sample, make sure to send it within 30 days to ensure timely processing.

For Functional Chex®, a blood sample collection will be organized in-clinic or at-home as per your preference.
